I do not understand the laws of the DMV and asked if anyone had registered correctly and what they do or model of motorcycle or moped.

I'm pretty sure they are right, but more than 50 cc, at least where I live, requires a motorcycle license to operate.
I am pleased to rise above the eagle bike and I'm in Louisiana and the website says its legal everywhere except California
